Overview
Due to soaring real estate prices, it's becoming increasingly difficult to own a property in Delhi and Gurgaon. A decent property now costs ₹3-4 Crores, which is beyond the reach of many. The area on both sides of the proposed 80 m expressway is the facility corridor which shall have huge complexes of commercials, industrial, public-semi public facilities, parks etc. The new diplomatic enclave in Dwarka and the proposed Golf Course coming up at Dwarka are also about 4.5 Kms from the land of Rakshit.
In short the Land of Rakshit is located in the most prime area of L Zone and likely to see maximum appreciation after the operationalisation of the land pooling policy that has already been notified.
Why L Zone, Delhi?
With the influx of supply of housing units in Delhi after the implementation of land pooling policy, Delhi will certainly become a more preferred address in comparison to satellite towns such as Noida and Gurgaon. Being the national capital, infrastructure development around green field projects will be faster and better here than its neighbours. The increase in supply may rationalize property prices in the entire NCR and make areas under Master Plan Delhi-2021 (Land Pooling areas i.e. L, N, P Zone) affordable and more attractive to investors.
